Friendly staff I'm on my second ligation case with the firm. I feel there has some key communication issues. The firm needs to work on attorney/client communication. I have been disappointed once again.

The entire team at Falgien, Warr and Iyer were fantastic. They took my case very seriously and I'm amazed they were able to negotiate the closing that they did. They provided great communication during the entire process. While I sure hope I don't need their services again, I'm very happy they were able to help me recover financially after my injury.

In 2019 I was rear ended by an underinsured driver, causing my car to flip and inflicting a lot of physical (and mental) damage. Initially I was in denial, but I’m glad that I ultimately listened to a friend and sought counsel. FWI was so amazing to work with, and I am so so grateful that I found them! Vinny Lyer (forgive me is I misspelled that Sir) has been a great professional advisor, attorney and friend to me. He has helped me with a lot of things that I cannot go into detail on, but, I trust him and rely on him. I highly recommend him and his firm. Amazing people that came into my life and have helped me navigate this whole situation with a car accident. Anytime I had questions about something or was confused. Nick was there to answer this questions or walk me through to make sure I understand. Anna and Nichole were also extremely helpful with everything I had questions wise for them. These individuals never made me feel like I was bothering them in any way even when I had what is thought would have been the silliest questions. They always check in with you as a person before jumping into what was needing to be handled. I will continue using this company as things arise in my life that fits within their spectrum.
