Phenomenal initial conversation with Jo. She sells you on amazing communication with attorneys, even going so far as to say “if you don’t hear from them you reach out to me and I will make them call you”, then it turns into the attorneys won’t call you and aren’t representing you they are simply trying to get the most money for themselves and the firm in the class action with zero communication to their clients.
