I just saw Phil Harding on Great Day Colorado. It was an awesome ten minute education on expert witnesses, event data recorders and missed medical diagnosis. I am not yet a client but I was so impressed with his knowledge and eloquence I had to write this. You should have your own legal info TV show - I would watch it!
