Slow process, very little updates, bad communication, not a good payout from my accident which was traumatic. Joe is always busy and I spoke to him 3 times in 14 months. Overall, I am underwhelmed by their service. I would not recommend. You’re better off with one of the big guys.

My daughter was in a pretty serious accident and suffered some pretty substantial injuries. Lapham Law was my first phone call. I knew they would take care of her and get her what was needed. They do such a great job of being personal and taking care of the person. The big box lawyers that you see on TV, you don't get that kind of personal treatment. Lapham Law is not afraid to do whatever it takes to make sure you get what you need. At the end of the day, my daughter's medical bills were taken care of, as were the bills for my grandbabies. And even though it was a trying experience, they made it as easy and as simple as possible. I would recommend them every time, anytime.

Lapham law was great! I was in an unexpected accident with a neck injury. My chiropractor gave me their information and I did a phone consult. From there it was just paperwork back and forth.
