Absolutely unethical! Hired Keller Swan back in August 2025 for an auto accident. Received letter stating they were in the "Demand" stage, then a few months later informed that Top Dog are the new attorneys. And this morning I received an email stating they were not going to represent me. No reason other than it doesn't fall within their purview. In seven months I called a few times, only speaking with a paralegal twice. Imagine counting on your attorney and seven months later told nope sorry see ya....taking a huge risk, go ahead, try to call and actually talk with an attorney. Remember there are time frames to file a claim and these people just wasted seven months.
