I was in a car accident back in December and Dallas was so amazing to work with. He listened and went out of his way to make sure we understood everything step by step. I would absolutely recommend Western States Law to anyone and would use them again if needed.

I was rear ended in a car accident on the highway last February. The woman who hit me didn’t show any concern for the damages she caused. Her insurance, even for the collision part of their liability, didn’t want to have to pay anything. In the midst of all of this, a family friend recommended me to Western States Law. Dallas first met with me and gave me a great understanding of what to expect. And Kris took on my case and went above and beyond. He even called SafeCo and advocated for me after they tried to refuse to give me the money we agreed upon after declaring my car a total loss. He then took his time and knew what to do when reaching a settlement for the personal injury part of the case with insurance. And their paralegal Kirby did great when updating me throughout my case. Thank you Western States Law for being there for me and others in the community who’ve had to go through the unfortunate luck of being in an accident!
