Archuleta Law Office

Joseph Archuleta is one of the most respectful and honest attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After four years of dealing with a bad car accident I was ready to give up, but he was not. He talked to me and heard my concerns and he was very encouraging.

Good morning, perhaps I have never given reviews to the lawyer because of the time he handled a case for my daughter a few years ago and the truth is that he is very kind and an excellent lawyer. I have known Mr. Archuleta for many years. He has always been responsive and honest with my family. Abe Lincoln said a lawyer’s advice is his stock and trade. Mr. Archuleta certainly proves this in his approach to the law.

I would not recommend this law firm or Mr. Archuleta. Mr. Archulteta was unprofessional, unethical and dishonest during my experience with him and his office. I filed a supreme court bar complaint.

I wouldn’t recommend this so called Lawfirm to anyone, they expect you to do everything, very stressful, they don’t care about his clients.

Mr. Archuleta had been co-counsel on several of our cases in Colorado Springs. His expertise is valuable & was always a good asset in the outcome of those major projects.

I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone! I was in a car accident in 2014 and it took 3 years to close the case. I was working directly with Mr Archuleta. I had to call him to remind him to do things, turn things in because otherwise he would forget and not get things done. Often times I would call him to remind him about paperwork we needed to get and instead of doing things himself he would ask me to do them, I am not sure what exactly he was even getting paid for. In the three years that the case took he did not even get an increase in the payout so, I am not sure what exactly took so long. He was very bad at answering phone calls and returning phone calls, the communication was awful. You have a better chance at handling things yourself. I felt as ifMr. Archuleta never worked on this case and only wanted the 33% payout he was getting.
