Attorney Beth Klein

I am currently in the process of dealing with a kind of niche situation that we are looking for an attorney to help us. I was given Beth’s number by another attorney and after calling Beth she called me back in a matter of minutes, which was so appreciated. Unfortunately because I am in Denver and Beth is in the Aspen area, it wasn’t a match for her to take our case, but she was kind enough to listen to my (very long winded) story, review it and the evidence, and thoughtfully recommended us to a couple different attorneys she thought would be a good match. We have a meeting with one of those attorneys who is interested in representing us later this month and we are so grateful. Our case isn’t a straight forward auto accident or anything, so it’s been quite difficult to even get a call back from anyone after playing the telephone game with the intake specialists. It was incredibly kind of Beth to take the time out of her day to speak with me and thoughtfully review and recommend us to someone who can help. She went out of her way to help us when we were very overwhelmed and discouraged and we greatly appreciate her guidance. If she is this helpful to someone who isn’t her client, I can only imagine the wonderful service she provides to her clients. During my lifetime (approaching 59 years) I have unfortunately had to speak with all kinds of attorneys for all kinds of reasons and reflecting back I can honestly say that every single one of those attorneys had something in common and that was I never would be allowed to even finish my story before they would already be telling me no as if they were so above me and so smart that they didn't need to hear the rest of my story until I found Ms. Klein. I was very distraught and about to just give up looking for help because I had already had numerous attorneys basically listen to me for 2-3 minutes and then tell me no and hang up. So when Beth called me back I actually told her that my story was pretty long and I didnt know how to tell it in 2-3 minutes and she said so tell me your story and she listened until the end and I already felt respected by her and felt that she cared, truly cared about my issues right away and I felt that way until the end. She is by far the most intelligent, competent, dependable, ethical, respectful, and compassionate lawyer I have had the pleasure to know but one of the best human beings I have had the pleasure to know as well. She fought for me and she really cared for me and she won my case for me-she was and is my hero and definately the very best attorney I have ever known, yet she is not arrogant like all the others, even though she could be because she is the best. I am forever grateful to have had her on my side and highly recommend everyone who needs the best attorney in Colorado for sure but possibly one of the best in the whole united states to talk with her and her firm first. I was so very lucky that she took my case and I also learned so much from her as well. I have the utmost respect for her as an attorney and human being and woman. I wish her all the best in life to come, she has earned it and she deserves it. Thank you Beth---you are the BEST!!!!! P.S. if I could have 1 wish, I would wish that all the attorneys in the world were just like Beth Klein because then the world would be perfect.
