My daughter was in a car accident as of October of 2024. Shortly after we hired Bovo Law to help with the insurance companies. The initial call went very well. Mark said that he will work with the insurance company for both the car settlement and with the medical piece. It honestly was a relief and took a lot of stress off me. However that was short lived. I would call every few weeks to get an update. Most of the time my inquiries went unanswered. I then heard from Mark regarding the settlement offer as of May 2025. He asked me to fill out the legal forms and he would get them filed. He said we will need to go to court but that he would follow up. Here it is three months later, and I have not heard anything regarding next steps or a court date. The office will not return emails. Their main office number just rings. There is absolutely no follow up. I wish I would have known that when I initially agreed to go through them. If you are considering using this office, I would recommend calling another attorney.
