I had a great experience working with Phil at Genco Injury Insurance. From the beginning, his communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained the process in a way that actually made sense, and he checked in to see how I was doing, how the PT process was going.
Phil was kind, patient, and genuinely easy to talk to. He never made me feel rushed or overlooked. It was clear that he cared about making sure I understood what was happening with my claim and what to expect next. That level of attention and professionalism is rare, and it made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
I truly appreciate the time and effort Phil put into helping me, and I hope both he and his company know how much that meant. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing support through this process.

Calling GEICO is the best decision I made in 2023. Dominic wasted no time, he helped me find the right Chiropractor to help me recover from my injuries. He and his staff made constant follow up calls to see how I was doing during my recovery process. He made sure that I got reimbursed for time lost at work and all medical bills were paid in full. What could have been the worst experience I ever experienced, you know lost of Vehicle, Injured, and now Unemployed can make you feel powerless. However I felt like everything was going to work out once I spoke with Dominic which brought my anxiety down a ton. Thank You again Dominic and Staff for all the hard work put in to make the process as painless as possible for me while I recovered. As well making sure I received reimbursement for all losses and injuries from the accident.
