Mark did an excellent job managing my case. I felt confident because he responded to my initial contact in less than an hour, even after 5 pm on a weekend, which showed his commitment to my defense. He was always quick to reply to my emails, remaining professional and focused on protecting my reputation. My case occurred in Gunnison, and he personally drove there to represent me, along with two other clients he was also representing at the time. His goal was to prevent a 3rd degree assault charge from affecting my record. He successfully negotiated a plea of disorderly conduct for me, and once court conditions are satisfied, my case will be sealed, as if it never existed. This outcome might be the best possible for my situation. I would recommend Mark’s services to anyone involved in legal matters. DO NOT HIRE. If you're looking for someone who talks about how much he's making, told me to "shut up" while on the phone after choosing him as representation, described what he was wearing and how he was laying on his couch??? Absolutely the worst encounter with not only a lawyer but a person.

I am one who normally doesn't write reviews, but if it wasn't for Mark Rubinstein I wouldn't be in the good position that I am in today. I was falsely arrested when I was vacationing in Colorado. This was my first arrest in my life and obviously I was pretty traumatized by the ordeal. Mark, in his professional wisdom, was not only able to get the charges dropped, but was also able to get my record sealed. I waited several months to write this review to see how my life turned around for the better. Mark was readily available and moved quickly to rectify my situation after my family contacted him. I will one day return to Gunnison to shake his hand and give him the biggest hug a friend could give.
