Im only giving them a 3 so far. I will leave a review again when this is over. My team has made no effort to contact me. Even to answer a yes or no question. Starting to wonder if I have made a mistake. Time will tell

They really deliver; they're very good at what they do. Thanks to them, I was able to pay off all my medical and disability bills. I was able to recover the cost of my car and even received additional compensation for damages. Thank you.

So this is my honest opinion others may think differ but this was my experience. I was rear-ended by a big rig, water tanker, and you know I had ended up finding out that I had a bulging disc and a bulging herniated disc that was pressing on the nerves of my spine on the left side. I found that out after I had found this law firm, I will apologize now for the somewhat long thing, but in the beginning, they were great amazing actually they would check in and everything like that and then all of a sudden like I wouldn’t hear anything for a long time. I would have to reach out multiple times just to get someone to call me back to figure out what I needed to do if there was anything else I needed to do. So I went to my spine appointment. I went to my chiropractor appointments when it came down to me actually needing back surgery trying to find help was very hard because I don’t have any friends. I don’t have any family near me or anything like that I am in a completely different state from where everybody is at And when I told them that and I was like they’re recommending surgery and at the time I thought the surgery was going to be about an hour from me turned out. It was actually in Georgia and when I spoke with the attorney, they word for word was why don’t you have your 15 year-old watch your three smaller children who are 7 4 and 2! And then had the audacity to tell me to take an Uber home after surgery. And it totally took me back when he said that so then they had come to me and said that you know they would find out about possibly helping me pay for you know my sister or someone to come out because I told them like if my sister comes out if she doesn’t have time off, she would have to request it and she would lose out on wages, and I would be the one that would obviously reimburse her for that And they had talked about doing like the settlement and just adding those expenses on so I was like OK cool I scheduled my surgery. My sister requested the time off which also happened to be the same week of her and my daughter’s birthday so I was already taking a very important week away from her to call the attorney and let them know like hey I’m just letting you know my sister got the week off. She’ll be able to help me that first week after that I’m gonna have to tough it up and just figure it out myself for them to tell me, oh well, we already started, talking to me about everything they just went upon themselves to make that decision for me and after what was settled on the amount of pain that I currently suffer from still I can’t play with my children. I can’t run. I can’t sit. I can’t stand. I can’t lay down. I barely sleep that they didn’t have to their communication definitely needs to get better because I feel that they did not do their job properly at all whatsoever no matter what my past medical records will say I personally would not recommend them because I should have never settled, but I was told that was the best I was gonna getand I should’ve found a different Attourney.
