Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Having never had to have an injury attorney before and not knowing what to expect, they were very informative and easy to work with. I would recommend anyone to give them a call. Thank you Brad for all your help.
Brad did a fantastic job resolving an auto injury claim with an insurance company who was not budging off of what I felt was a lowball offer. He was thorough in his preparation and communication with me and negotiation with the carrier. While obviously results vary, Brad secured a settlement for me in pre-trial mediation that was quadruple the carrier’s best offer prior to retaining his services. It was a relief not having to go to trial, but he came highly recommended based on his strength in the courtroom, and I was convinced a fair settlement for me would require litigation. I would definitely recommend Brad and hire him again should the need arise.
I highly recommend both Brad and the firm of Sisun & Scriven. Brad is honest, professional and caring. He made the whole experience less painful. I felt that he was truly on my side and not solely out to "make a buck". Thank you!

One of the most nerve-racking things I have done in my life was decide to file a case. It has always been something I personally never wanted to do in my lifetime, but needed to be done. I also was not excited to deal with a lawyer after hearing all the bad experiences but I assure you Brad completely changed my outlook on what a lawyer is. I always dealt with Brad throughout the entire process. I never had to work with anyone else and was always able to contact him with any questions or concerns directly.
