I cannot recommend Rich and his team enough. The time, effort, thought, and SOUL that he put into our case - I will never be able to properly thank him. We have worked with Rich for approximately 8 years now. We unfortunately did not get our intended outcome, at no fault of Rich’s - sometimes the judge’s just don’t or can’t see it, and I honestly don’t think it would’ve been as strong of a shot as it was without Rich and Marissa, and Megan and Chandler. Brilliant minds full of wit and passion with a blazing fire inside each of them for fighting for parents rights. Rich was our last chance at saving our son, and while the justice system failed our son, Rich stood by us and fought valiantly for his best interests and for our family, when no one else would or could. And Rich’s heart broke alongside ours when we lost, but he also immediately resorted to future strategy and gave us all our options. He never lied to us, or inflated our chances. He pushed us when he knew we could do more, and he validated us when he knew we’d done all we could. He sympathized with us, but he was also honest and real about the situation, which is a careful but necessary line to be able to walk in these kinds of cases. If you’re fighting for your family, for your kids…it’s the most important fight of your life and you need someone like Rich on your side during a time like this. I could write a book on how admirable and honorable Rich is as an attorney, and maybe I will write a book about all of this one day, but I will leave you with this last bit: you will not regret hiring Rich. I would stake my family on it.

Stay as far away from these people as you can. Hiring Elizabeth was the worst decision that I had made for me and my kids, complete waste of time and money, and I believe that they damaged my case beyond what I could have ever imagined. They forced (yelled at me to sign the paperwork because she was to affaird to go to court that day after I paid them 17k to prepare for court and believe that I would have won if I had different representation) me into signing a parenting time agreement that was not in the best intrest of me or my children, and they got me one out of state travel for a weekend and all of that cost me over 35k and wasted 8 months of our time.. Elizabeth filed paperwork that was to early to submit because there were no parenting orders in place, which got denied because there were no parenting orders in place and did not know that she could have refiled the motion once we did have parenting orders in place. My ex was an alcoholic that was failing and missing alot of her soberlink tests and instead of filing a motion to let the courts know what was going on, Elizabeth decided to give my ex time to clean up her act instead of being aggressive with her strategy to win the case. When I brought up my concerns with her, she told me what's the big deal, you are young you can always have more children, I'm 38. Do yourself and your kids a favor and go anywhere else. The newest reviews praising liz sound like they were written by an attorney and not a real person, I'm an average Joe, real person and these people have let me down beyond comprehension. Whatever you do, do not hire these people to represent you!! They are the worst attorneys that you can hire!! They will waste your time and money and I feel like I hired them, and all they did was help my ex out in this court case!! Elizabeth either does not know what she is doing, or she is scamming you to help the other side out!! She is not aggressive and let's things slip by helping the other side out and ruins a good case while overcharging you thousands of dollars and wasting your time that only hurts your case. Take my advice and hire anybody else that you can!!! I still stand by this statement over a year later despite there current probably fake reviews. Elizabeth absolutely put me in the worse position possible and hiring this law firm because of some good reviews was detrimental to my case. She lied to my face, went behind my back and did some pretty unethical things that I cant believe she did all white smiling in my face.

Elizabeth Vanatta was wonderful to speak with and I feel completely at ease with the advice she gave me regarding my own family law case. Couldn't speak any more highly of Liz and 10 out of 10 would recommend.
