Ulvar was awesome!
I hired Ulvar Klein not because he was the right attorney for my case, but because no other attorney would take it. After being unjustly pulled into the criminal system, I had already spoken to over 50 attorneys—none of whom would represent me. Family law and civil attorneys wouldn’t get involved. Klein was the only one willing to step in, but once he realized who he was litigating against, he stopped actively helping me. Instead of defending me, he refused to prepare, failed to advocate, and left me completely unprotected. Klein never filed his official appearance with the court, which a court supervisor later told me was highly unusual. He admitted that I was being "gamed" by the legal system but wouldn’t tell me how or why. When I asked him to review body camera footage that was critical to my defense, he refused, claiming it wouldn’t be used in court. But when it was, he had no defense ready because he had never prepared one. As my case progressed, paperwork submitted through his office repeatedly went missing. His legal assistant, with decades of experience, acknowledged that she had never seen this happen before. But the filings I personally walked into court and documented? Those remained in the record on time. In court, Klein instructed me not to speak, yet he failed to advocate for me in any way. He didn’t challenge the opposing attorney, didn’t introduce key evidence in my favor, and didn’t object when procedural violations occurred. It was as if he had already conceded the case before it even started. Meanwhile, the opposing attorney, Tonilynn Savage, controlled the courtroom completely. This appears it was never about justice—it was about controlling a narrative, and the outcome had been decided (ALL based only on hearsay) before I even walked into the courtroom. Because of his failure to act, I was pressured into accepting a protection order against me while under duress, even though I was the actual victim of stalking and legal harassment—something the other party openly admitted to the judge. After the hearing, I confronted Klein about his failure to represent me, and instead of taking responsibility, he immediately withdrew from my case. He also refused to accept my $3,000 payment, which only confirmed what I had suspected—even he knew he had failed to do his job. As a result of his lack of representation, several of my constitutional rights were violated: The Right to Due Process (5th & 14th Amendments): My filings went missing, my attorney failed to prepare, and my case was not fairly heard. The Right to a Fair Trial (6th Amendment): I was never properly represented in court, key evidence was ignored, and the opposing attorney appeared to have undue influence over the proceedings. The Right to Free Speech (1st Amendment): I was instructed not to speak in my own defense while my attorney failed to present any defense for me. The Right to Parent (1st, 9th & 14th Amendments): A protection order was issued that severed my relationship with my step-son and now this separation will continue until he turns 18, with no honest efforts made to heal or facilitate reconciliation. The most pressing question is why. Why did no family or civil attorneys take my case? Why did Klein take it, only to stop actively helping once he realized who he was up against? Why did my filings repeatedly go missing? Why did I enter that courtroom without a real defense? If you need an attorney who will truly fight for you, I cannot recommend Ulvar Klein. His lack of effort, refusal to prepare, and failure to act left me vulnerable in a system designed to work against me. Do your research before hiring an attorney—your future depends on it. All of this seems like a scene from the 2014 documentary Divorce Corp. Wild to see it played out in real life.

From a business owner to another business these people are rude. I called to try to help a family member that has legal trouble and wanted to hire an attorney for them and before I could even finish talking the guy just hung up on me. I was prepared to find an attorney through their firm and pay whatever it cost to retain them. But after them being rude, Not listening, and blatantly just hanging up on me right in the middle of me talking I would never use this law firm and neither will any of my employees or our company.
