Shady company I do not recommend at all. They take 30% !! when other places only do 3-10% this is so shady.
I recommended this website because I saw a lot of advertising and they seemed very committed. Twenty days after starting the process, I received an email saying they could no longer represent me and that I should find someone else, just like that, without any further explanation. I will recommend them again, but only so that no one ever contacts them again, not even by mistake! Terrible service.
I was in an accident and they have people calling me that sound super shady misrepresenting themselves. Both calls started with “we are calling from Florida, we represent the state of Florida.” When I asked what is the name of the company, so I could look them up, the first lady claimed they were not a company, they were a department. I said, “ok Department of what company or organization” and she said they were just a department and that there was no website I could go to nor office I could visit. She kept making it seem like the state of Florida wanted to look out for me and tell me I had the right to these benefits. I asked to be removed off their list that I would deal with my insurance directly. 24 hours later a get a call from a man, and started the same way, misrepresenting themselves. He also added they were a group of attorneys! I immediately asked for the website of the company, after getting a lot of talk around I eventually got him to give me the website and sure enough it was not the state of Florida. I explained the shady phone call I had had the day before and that I didn’t appreciate the lies and misrepresentation and that I would deal with my insurance directly, his tone shifted to rude immediately and he said he was going to email my insurance and say I didn’t want any of the benefits. No wonder insurances are getting so high, they were pushing that I could go to clinics to get therapy, after i said i was ok and I suffered no injury; then he said I could also get a check for missed work hours - after I had already explained I work from home and won’t miss work. They also said they would keep 33% of the money my insurance would pay for “providing the service” This is what they do to scam insurances and get people to engage in their scams. Update 2 days later: It seems like a theme with these people, they called again and when I told them my previous experience with their other representatives and that I was not interested, the person I was speaking “Alejandro” changed his tone and said he was going to call my insurance and say I didn’t want any of the benefits. What kind of company is that if we choose not to take on their services they end the call with a threat!

I had a terrible experience with Angie Lopez. Unprofessional, unorganized, and poor communication. I would have hired them if it weren't for that.
