I’m currently having the worst experience with Spartan law firm. Their communication is horrible. I’m having a hard time getting in contact with my attorney. I’m leaving text messages in the portal. They’re not responding. I’m leaving messages to check on my case status and they’re not returning my call. It’s taking longer than expected for a payout when is well under $10,000. All I’m asking for is communication and I can’t even get that. It’s like they have shade tree tendencies. Then when I did get in contact with the woman in charge of my case, she acted like she had an attitude explaining why it was taking so long I’m sorry, but I cannot recommend simply based off communication.

My accident was last year and I haven’t heard from them since December. Although it took a little over a year to get things settled, i appreciate their hard work and efforts. There was little communication concerning during the process and hard to get in touch with them at times, Spartan Law group got it closed. Thanks a lot.
