The communication was amazing. I was given a number to call if I had any questions, I was given a update every two weeks and asking if I had any questions. If my car was transferred to a new helper they would call me and inform me. I didn't get what I was promised but I'm happy it's over just waiting on the settlement payment. It's taking longer expected
