My experience with this firm has been very disappointing. After handling my case for two years, they suddenly dropped it. What’s even more frustrating is that I have been trying to retrieve my documents for two weeks, and they haven't been able to provide me with a specific date or time to pick them up. The lack of communication and the complete unwillingness to facilitate this basic administrative process is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services due to their lack of professionalism in client relations.
