My experience with this firm has been very disappointing. After handling my case for two years, they suddenly dropped it. What’s even more frustrating is that I have been trying to retrieve my documents for two weeks, and they haven't been able to provide me with a specific date or time to pick them up. The lack of communication and the complete unwillingness to facilitate this basic administrative process is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services due to their lack of professionalism in client relations.

I am client and I felt like I was handled very poorly I gave you guys a ticket to handle and it was not I don't appreciate how I was handled or talk to nothing was resolved and I will not refer anyone to you very poor customer service and I wait a hour and a half to be treated like I don't matter
