Having worked in law, I can honestly say very few attorneys take the time and effort to get to know their clients the way she does. Lots of attorneys will delegate to case worker's or assistants to guide the client through, and the first time a client talks to their attorney is during settlement, but she makes the effort to introduce herself and touch base if you're concerned.
