I called trying to get a consultation on a case I believe I have. The guy who answered the phone was rather rude while I was tryng to explain things and then tried to see if I had a case about something completely different. At the end of it he said he didn't think he could take my case, which was fine, but he could have let me fully explain the case first instead of trying to turn it into something it wasn't so he could tell me sooner that he couldn't take what I was explaining. Nothing wrong with not wanting to take a case, or feeling like there is one there, that's the point of the consultation, but don't try to get me to bring a case up that I didn't have to begin with.
