Very helpful attorney, great guy

Terrible experience. Was literally calling to get information on hiring an attorney for a traffic ticket. I was connected to tom walker who walked me through his process of essentially getting points removed from the ticket but to take it to trial he would have to bill me accordingly which I am going to be doing (but not with him) because when I was getting the information he kept saying he’s not an expert in anything for $150 when I was simply asking questions on the process of me hiring him as an attorney. Incredibly unprofessional. Even if he felt like he couldn’t give me more information without me doing an official paid consultation that’s all he needed to professionally say.

Tom Walker was exceptional with my case. I will continue to use Tom Walker with future personal or business cases moving forward. He is responsive, caring and honest. Great service and teamwork with his staff his paralegal team headed by Christina brought highest level of support and service. True professionals.

I needed an uncontested divorce after years of separation. I called 2 other law firms and did not have a great first call with the person that answered the phone. That was not the case when I called Albaugh Law. Mary answered the phone. Listened to my needs. Told me Mr Albaugh was in court but took down all my information and Me Albaugh would call me back. He did and helped me write what I needed into the agreement. Kristina, the paralegal was also courteous and helpful. I will use Albaugh law again should I need a lawyer and recommend others use them.
