Alderman | Hutcherson | Deal

Looking for a law firm to take a unique case in Georgia relating to an investment property and all 20-30 firms in Atlanta and other cities in GA I have contacted have been able to speak for 2-5 minutes or read a detailed email to decide if it’s a case that pertains to any of their practices (ie it is not simple personal injury, etc). I should add my partner was a corporate attorney in Manhattan and San Francisco, so we know many others who have been or still are at all the top firms in the world (Dewey, Clifford Chance, Dechert, etc), and know that this is a small firm in a small town (so plenty of time on their hands comparatively, they aren’t pulling 100 hour weeks). This firm charges $300 in a small southern town just to tell you if they would potentially even be able to take the case, never mind if they would actually be well equipped to. Secretary also hung up on me. I can only imagine how they treat clients. But I guess this is what I would expect in small town Georgia (can assure none went to top ranked universities or law schools).

Let me tell ya something!! I have been to them twice and I will say I would recommend this team over and over again to anyone going through a messy situation. They have amazed me with the job they did in both of my divorce and custody battles. They leave no page unturned and are truly there for you!! Very reasonable and understanding to all situations, and also I personally just felt like they really had my back almost like family! Michael, you changed my life and I am very grateful for that. Michael Deal did a great job representing me after I had hit a wall in a dragged out 3 1/2 year custody and child support case. He was honest and straightforward, quoted accurately, and was fair priced. Communication from AHD was always prompt and he kept me informed along the way. He always made himself available to speak when I came forward with questions about my case. Michael is a trustworthy attorney who was clearly more motivated to get fair terms for me in my case than he was to put charges on my account. I had begun to feel my case was hopeless until I hired Michael. He was true to his word through the whole process. He was respectful dealing on all sides, but for me it mattered most how he was respectful of fathers’ rights and the importance of quality representation for both parents in the family court system. I had an incredibly difficult time locating an attorney within the MetLife legal plan system. Alderman & Hutcherson stepped up to the plate and helped me execute a couple of demand letters that really helped me when I was in a terrible situation. The office staff answers the phone which is rare these days and I received actionable correspondence from the attorneys within a reasonable timeframe.
