Horrible customer care by Jackie. I mistakenly added Alper Law as my registered agent, as I retained this firm to create documents for my LLC. I had contacted Florida DOS and they informed me how to correct it on my next annual filing. She's been rude and a bully. Downright nasty with threats. Not one shred of decency. I was going to overlook that she made mistakes on my documents when I first hired them but her horrible attitude cannot be overlooked. With that said, I am happy with the legal services I received from Gideon. However, Jackie is far from being a great asset to this law firm.

awful terrible, stay away from these crooks! I was told they could give me advice on my student loans. After i paid and started the consultation, Jon told me he wasnt an expert in student loans , so he couldnt help me that much...he wound up calling another lawyer- 3rd party phone call- and i wound up paying for 2 lawyers- and NO advice worthy to speak of! (yea, right, i made all this up)
