I am not a client of Chad's, but I called his office with a question about my son's disability situation with Medicare and Medicaid. Chad answered the phone himself and, free of charge, offered me a recommendation that I wasn't aware of, and even referred me to another attorney who handled this sort of situation. He saved us a lot of time and money. Thanks, Chad.
Great experience Chad handled my disability claim with the social security office after they had turned me down. He was easy to work with. Very thorough and patient. He put a lot on hours in on my behalf. Explained the process well, answered my questions, and kept me informed as to what was happening with my case. He even assisted me in getting up to Salt Lake for my hearing. It was a pleasure to work with him.
Chad was a great advocate through a long and messy situation that ended well due to his persistence and patience.

I had a minor dispute with Allstate over their refusal to pay $1500 of a body shop bill. After what seemed like an endless back and forth between me and my agent, I was recommended Alpina Legal to settle the dispute. Chad Rasmussen sent his demand letter to the insurance company, and shortly after they agreed to cover the deduction in full.

I'm so glad I found Chad at Alpina Legal. When we were buying our new house we needed some representation. He helped us prepare documents and looked over the closing statements. Besides being easy to get in touch with he was able to save us some money in title company closing costs which was great. I'd recommend him to anyone needing help with real estate law cases.
