The lawyer is very polite and formal. He works well for what I'm paying him for, but the secretary is rude and disrespectful. It's regrettable and unpleasant to have such rude staff.

Absolutely AMAZING lawyer. Alvarez is my family lawyer. Me, my sister, and my cousin have all had success with Alvarez (custody battles and divorces). I was able to win majority custody of my two children which I thought would be impossible considering I am a male. Alvarez fought hard (approximately 3 years!!) and he is extremely responsive and respectful. Alverez is blunt and up front about how he believes things will play out. He’s very honest and delicate with any situation you bring to him. Even when new legal issues arise in connection to your original, he reaches out to you in order to inform you and present you options on how to proceed. Terrible they don’t return calls back they didn’t do anything for me and they didn’t even refund my money

If you want a lawyer to represent you in your family law case, I recommend you find another one. This lawyer is capable of making you look bad in court, leaving your case to the last minute, and leaving you in a vulnerable position. I agree with the other comments that this lawyer doesn't know how to defend his clients. It was a very bad experience with him and his secretary.
