Worst experience ever! I was given their info because they were in my network. 1st appointment started with a cheesy advertisement on the TV in their lobby (which they turned on after I sat down). I was stuck there for 3 hours before they started even speaking with me (which took only 10 mins). On the second visit they told me my cost from them would be $2700 for defending my careless driving traffic ticket and would take several court appearances. Max fine was listed as $2500 - so total potential cost could have been $5200. They were more like salesmen then lawyers. The atmosphere felt very shady so I walked out after the second visit. I went to my car and called a different lawyer. After only 1 court appearance I took a $250 fine. I was still charged by American Law Firm for 4 hours of work when they never ultimately took my case because I walked out before they could. Sad thing is, they also consider themselves a Christian business - clearly for publicity only! Talked to a couple of different people and they had much worse experiences from them. Very shady and awful, BEWARE! Updating after 3 years, wow, even their "good" reviews look similar and shady. They had a 2 star average when I submitted mine. Wouldn't be surprised if they were paid off.

We hired the firm to help us with an insurance claim. They are a scam..They take your money and run. The worst of the worst..I would never recommend them to anyone....they kept delaying our appointments, didnt respond to our needs and wanted more money..they didnt even do what they were paid to do! $5,000. DOWN THE DRAIN! Shameful!

There were many firms I could have gone to for help but I couldn’t of made a better decision with The American Law Firm and the help of Mark, Brittany and Tyler. Thank you all again!

Very nice people! Brittany was amazing! She was able to get my mother's lien for her hospital bills negotiated down to a very reasonable price. She was with us every step of the way. My mother got her settlement from her car accident within 3 weeks of hiring them. Highly recommended!
