I am an attorney liaison specializing in Surplus Funds/Excess Proceeds matters. The firm I work with hired Anderson, Fife, Marshall & Johnson as counsel to petition for clients who had been foreclosed on in Utah. I worked mainly with Attorney Morgan Fife, and the level of knowledge, service, diligence, and professionalism that Attorney Fife provided throughout the retrieval process was outstanding.
