I've read many of the reviews of our law firm. Most are glowing. I thank those clients for their kind words. The reviews that bother me are the clients who did not get at they wanted or needed from our law firm. I noted a couple of reviews by people we never actually represented. I noted some where the client claimed we were unresponsive. One client accused me of not caring while admitting she never took my calls or answered my letters. Google makes you star your review. I'd like to think we deserve 5 stars but I don't want to come off as arrogant. What I do know is our firm fights for every client and we do care. You don't do this work for 38 years unless you care about people and want to help them.

I am not one to write a bad review on anyone, however Paul Anderson is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. After a serious head injury at work in March of 2024, I was referred to his office. He seemed very professional in the beginning but was very hard to reach. In June I had an urgent concern and left a message for him to contact me. To this day, he has not responded. I started receiving questionnaires wanting updates from his office. I never acknowledged them because it was simply a waste of my time. Then Vivian, from his office contacted me a couple of times to see how I was doing and if I wanted to proceed with the case. I have permanent disability’s so I agreed to try again. Vivian was awesome and very supportive. She set up a conference call between Paul Anderson and I. The scheduled date came and went with no response and no contact. I waited a week and called and left a message with Vivian to find out what was going on. Again, no response. I have been advised by family and friends to contact a reliable and honest attorney. Unfortunately, this has all been too much and I am just trying to make the best of my disabilities caused by my injury. Think twice about trying to work with Paul Anderson because it’s obvious he doesn’t care.
