Their staff don’t inform you according to what is written down on a paper or what is given to the lawyer the just pass the phone to other workers instead of just working with one person ! The lawyer is always to busy , “He is attending other clients “ he is never available to see you or even speak to you . Maybe out of 20 employee maybe 3 are nice and not rude and actually try to help you out and take.care of what you need . The rest pretend to to care other just take your name down and let you know someone will get back at you but don’t yeah they claim to get you more money than other lawyers but what they mean by that is they will take mostly (all) half of your money and take their sweet time never accurate on the date so just have that in mind so im not sure who fault is the actual lawyers or the bad worker who are not doing their job right and just making the lawyer bad .Don’t get me wrong he is nice also he can also get upset real fast seen it with my own eyes !

I cannot express how much trust I felt working with this team and hard work and effort they put into my case through ups and downs. I could honestly say this team has been with me. I’m not just a number here. I’m a person.

If you get wrongfully terminated this is the firm to go with I was able to have the pleasure of working with Sahar I knew from the day we did the consultation that she was gonna be aggressive in the court room very down to earth,smart and well spoken I got to see her in action do a cross examination on my old supervisors and she was cooking them 🤣 I felt a since revenge watching her strategically put wholes in there stories Sahar and Mike stood on business I highly recommend this firm they keep you well informed as to where the case is at and how it’s going I am very satisfied with the outcome come of my case . going with this firm you can’t loose trust me !!!!

**January 2026 Update ** I still have not received receipts or proof of payment for medical payouts. Providing this documentation is well within the firm’s control. ** Update September 2025 ** I take no joy in this, and I recently reached out hoping we could resolve the matter amicably. That does not appear to be a mutual interest. I identified more than $25,000 in procedures billed by providers that appear outside their licensed authority — including surgical and anesthetic codes. These were subtle billing codes not supported by their NPI registry, and the charges were taken directly from my disbursement. I do not know which attorney, counsel or co-counsel, was responsible for negotiating the liens, but I do know the funds were paid from a trust disbursed by Arias Sanguinetti. While it is understandable that complex coding can conceal overbilling, when I brought the discrepancy forward it was treated as though I were asking for favors. His exact words were: “After all we did to help you in this matter – and knowing your issues were mainly with Hess, you issued a very bad review of my firm. Which is the only negative review of my firm. Considering that review, we are not inclined to do anything at this point.” Unfortunately, as direct responses have not been fruitful, I have taken the matter to the California Attorney General, where additional issues have also been raised. >>> This firm came into the case as co-counsel, brought in by another attorney who is now facing disciplinary proceedings with the State Bar. That’s a separate matter—but there are similarities in how both approached their duties to me as a client. For over two years now, Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team, LLP has refused to provide receipts or proof of payment for over $300,000 in medical liens that were deducted from my settlement. Despite repeated requests, they’ve withheld documentation that I am legally entitled to as a client. They did show proof of payment to the State Bar—just enough to stall further investigation—but have refused to provide those same documents directly to me. That raises serious concerns about transparency and intent. I went through non-binding arbitration, and the responses was a masterclass in creative writing—mixing in partial truths, omissions, and outright falsehoods. During the hearing, Mike Arias behaved like we were longtime friends, repeatedly interrupting and sidestepping accountability. At that December 2023 proceeding, Arias promised to send me proof of payment. To this day, he has not. I have since taken the matter to the California Attorney General, where additional issues have also been raised.
