Ashley has been a very good advocate in dealing with my family tragedy if you have a complex case, she will always be on your side and everybody in this office has always treat me as family. She is number one attorney in my book and will always call on her to win my case!!! If you’re looking for an amazing law firm to represent you I highly recommend them! Ashley and her team are amazing!!

I’ll start by saying I would give zero stars if it were an option. Amerio Law, Ashley Injury Lawyers, whatever they are calling themselves these days are the epitome of why attorneys are so disliked. They agreed to take my personal injury case on contingency 3½ years ago even though they were probably not qualified to handle what essentially was a medical malpractice case. My guess is they were hurting for revenue during the height of Covid. I am not even sure they had an attorney to work the case until last year. They puttered around and kept me in the dark for the most part and suddenly called me and said as a matter of previously overlooked housekeeping chores, my wife and I needed to sign electronic substitution of attorney forms and we trustingly did so. The very next day, I received another call telling me they were dropping the case for business reasons. I now know that having us sign the substitution of attorney forms under false pretense was so they would not have to go back and explain to The Court why they were dropping the case. Basically, they made it look like we fired them! To add insult to injury, they quickly filed a lien against any future settlement proceeds making it virtually impossible to find another attorney to accept the case. My advice is to stay as far away from this law firm as possible!

The very worst experience with this attorney and the firm. The paralegal or what ever Donna was would never allow me to speak to my Ashley at all when I had questions about my case. I then said if my calls were not returned I would be more than happy to come wait in the office so I could exercise my rights as a client of this firm and speak to Ashley. I then got a phone call stating they were withdrawing as my attorney and there would be an attorney lien on my claim. They made me do all the footwork and then they with draw and still want to be paid? WOW!!! If you’re ever in a crash or anything else… never call this firm. Read all the yelp and reviews on how horrible they are. Wish I would have. Just found out that the PL she had working my case is now suing her for wrongful termination.

I was in my very first accident the Friday before Memorial day. SAM HAS BEEN GREAT. Everyone else however, it has been ridiculous.im ending up qith 2100$ after spending over 5k for a rental car, 1100$ out of pocket towards my car, and 300$ to replace my carseat. Dont even bother getting a lawyer at this point. I ended up with less money than i started with. Crazy.

Great customer service and available when needed

I called Ashley Law after I was hit by a 18 wheeler. I was really hurt and she got me connected to the right doctors and was patient while it took me time to heal. She fought against the trucking company and got me a huge settlement. Ashley and Sam were great!
