Brittnee and mark were amazing in the beginning. I got pushed off to Corey. He was not proactive. My sister was baker acted on Monday the 19th. Today on the 27th after my own hard work and many phone calls and fighting an uphill battle of my sister almost being killed by a facility- I managed to get her back to a hospital that is releasing my sister (without a petition) at 11pm tonight because the hold is now up. I would give a five star review to Brittnee and Mark but Corey is does not understand the sensitivity or urgency of these situation which ultimately ended in my sister having brain damage and is completely reliant on my family and assistance is the state of competency she was left in after the lack of being able to get her released. I could have flushed the amount of money I paid and it would have been more worth it.

Mark Astor and his team did a fantastic job helping a close family member of mine through a difficult phase of substance abuse. Fantastic people and result...but, very expensive for the work I required (see last paragraph for detail). Spoke to them 10am Monday, released and done by 2pm. Everyone I spoke to Brittney, Alexandra, Cory were all very understanding, nice, competent. I felt heard and understood. Just what I needed at that time - people to hold my hand while making me feel stronger. Reading the submissions and communications they did an excellent job explaining my situation and its need for immediate action. My only pause from full recommendation -- in my situation the "initial shot across the bow" essentially resolved the case. I would prefer they offered a step pricing or starter price rather than only the one flat fee.
