Horrible ,He's the worse creature god had create on earth. He's a rip off .poor knowledge .what he think he has immunity .he can rip people off in no second. This case arises out of a landlord tenant matter. I, Dr. M A, the landlord, evicted Defendants M and E (husband and wife), and they then filed a retaliatory and baseless counterclaim of $ 25000. I was sued in both 19th & 3rd district court. I have physically to be in 3r district court on Dec 7 2012 I hired David Ghannam to help on tenant eviction .I sign an agreement with him his hourly rate of $250/ hour and I gave him a retainer for $2000 on 4/26/2013. He had explained to me , first He want to sue for eviction without any monetary condition. Than he will ask me to summarize my losses and He will sue for expenses. Another $2000 retainer was send on Aug 2015 and Eviction done in Sep 11 2012. After eviction. I got bill twice .I paid him a $3200 and another bill of $700 was send to me on Dec 2012 is still pending. On Dec 6 prior to my appointment to 3rd district court. Mr. Ghannam informed me that the appeal was denied by judge Murphy I have no need to show to 3rd district court .We had a long conversation for what to do next. I told him since judge Murphy denied the case I don’t need any work to be done, I want to stay idle. My tenant has no job and has history of drug abuse. . I ask Mr. Ghannam to return my $3200 .I need to pay my board exam. Mr. Ghannam reply He want wait a little, if any activity happen!!! .. On 9/25/2012 Mr. Ghannam had create activity for him. Mr. Ghannam file motion without my consent to recuperate lawyer fee !!!! the amount of $ 7200 I paid him. He had not asked me about my real losses $21,161 which exceed the amount of 16,800 supposed to be paid for yearly lease exclude utility. on Jan 30 2013 ,I send Mr. Ghannam a certified letter that I’m unhappy with his services and I need him take off. To finalize the landlord –tenant case, I had hired Mr. Richard Delonis. Mr. Delonis had lay out the didactic of the case. Mr. Delonis understand all problems I had face with the tenant. After three years in AUG 2015. Mr. Ghannam had file in small claim court claim for additional no legitimate charges of $787(pending) Mr. Ghannam told the judge that he had to withdraw because I had not paid him. Mr. Ghannam need to be honest with his work. . He had not done any legitimate work for me after eviction 9/4/2015. He need to return my money of $ 3200 at same time he had no merit for his pending bill of $ 700.what a rip off.
