Update they are amazing, but I just recently received an invoice for 30.00 . For fees and paperwork. I’m super appreciative they won my case but they received a decent chunk of my 20,000 back pay . They’re a great law firm but be ready to be in nickled and dimed. Loved them Doug was my attorney and he did an amazing job . Dianna was my case worker and she was very attentive ! Answered questions fast and was very personable. Got my case approved super quick and easy . No hassles for me.

I spent 45mins pouring my heart out and having to rehash everything I watched my daughter go thru. Having to do that is a horrific nightmare for me and I can't wake up. The young lady I spoke with said I shld expect a call in about 2 days. A week and half later, I call back and they tell me they sent me information via email/DocuSign to fill out. How am I supposed to know this is their process. How do I know to expect anything in my email that cld have gone in to my spam/junk folder. Also, if you haven't heard back from someone that obviously needs help and has no idea what they're doing, you cld just do a follow up call. I am now left guessing they're too busy for me or my daughter. I'm sure they're very good at what they do, but I will never know. Thank you, Stacy & Alexis Schrock

I am so thankful that I discovered Avard law. The people here are genuine and eager to help. I was very taken aback by Kathryn Kennedy, she is amazing. Ms. Kennedy is the remote paralegal for the office.We had to do a medical assessment and she was so patient and still dealt with incoming business (and me) like a boss. Dealing with social security is a very intense ordeal within itself, it was making me angry that I couldn’t get the money I worked so hard for. Avard Law has made the process tolerable.
