On August 27th at 2:00 PM EST, I called your office seeking legal advice and assistance. Unfortunately, I encountered an individual who displayed an unprofessional and discourteous attitude. When I initially explained my situation, she abruptly informed me that your office does not handle such matters and hung up without allowing me to ask any further questions. I called back to inquire about the specific cases your office does handle, as I believe my civil rights have been violated. However, before I could fully articulate my question, she interrupted, stating, "I said we don’t handle this, and I said have a great day," and then hung up on me once again. Frustrated by this lack of assistance, I called a third time to request to speak with a supervisor. On two separate occasions, she answered the phone only to immediately hang up. When she finally responded, she simply said, "Please stop calling." I would like to bring this matter to the attention of her supervisor, as this behavior reflects a lack of customer service skills and professionalism. It is disheartening to encounter such a response, especially when reaching out for help in a difficult situation. Individuals who prioritize dismissing potential clients over offering assistance should not be in positions where they interact with the public. As a college student in need of legal help, I expected better treatment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure others do not experience the same level of disregard.

Was referred to an attorney at Corey Hogan’s form where an attorney was gonna take my case till the 64 devices logged in sent him excessive emails which my proton proves that it was comprised as well showing my emails decrypted which only happens when my email is hacked he decided not to take my case along with another attorney who took it till he found who I was up it was up against! I uncovered some really bad stuff and it put my life in danger I’ve notified Google and Samsung and Geek squad who confirmed I’m hacked and I have undeniable proof of who it is and they have more money and power than God which is why I can’t go to Local law enforcement but out of state I can where a lot of my family are police officers, so I plan on going out of state to do what I have to do even tho I don’t want problems with these billionaire phone hackers that are sophisticated and have levels of security clearance that they use for financial gain they downed two airplanes when I left for Florida and the FAA lied and said I was never on the airplane even though I have the ticket stub video footage of people coughing with paramedics pulling up on the landing strip in North Carolina but according to online the plane made it directly from Buffalo to Orlando in two hours and 48 minutes I plan on maybe going to Washington DC where someone will give a damn about what I’ve been put through but would much rather this company just settle out of court where I don’t have to destroy them I have proof that they’ve been in my home violated my privacy on my phone and even my HIPPA which is all on recording, I also plan on informing the right person of every person I tried to inform that didn’t wanna be involved and completely ignored me so I probably won’t be coming back
