Sometimes there can be nothing scarier or more stressful then being in the kind of situation that requires talking to a lawyer. When it comes to accidents and getting hurt, it can be even worse when a person finds themselves without insurance for whatever reason. I wanted to write this review because Mr. Goldberg's demeanor at responding to some of my questions was kind enough to relieve some of the tension I felt at having to reach out in the first place. My questions largely involved systemic issues around unemployment and lack of insurance. To make things more challenging, the injury happened on the job before I got laid off so there was also the complication of having to deal with workplace compensation forms and that whole group being involved. Anyone who finds themselves in this kind of situation can understand that the core issue at play here is powerlessness. Mr. Goldwater not only answered my questions realistically, but with certain avenues that could potentially help me. Again, he did this clearly and concisely, with a high amount of empathy. In my view, the combination of professionalism with humanity in a seemingly inhuman industry like law practice is a rare treasure.
