Ms. JORDAN was able to gather the information I needed and then stuck by me as I had to go to court. She told me what to expect on each step as I was trying to get my Disability.
Tried to hire her after my husband has had YEARS of health issues and he now has 4 separate major diagnosis’s but just got told no. No explanation, she didn’t even talk to us or look at his medical history which shows COUNTLESS ER visits from every single time he’s tried to go back to work after having a heat stroke. Guessing she saw his age and didn’t look past that but we’ll never know the reason.

I needed help with getting my disability.i have been denied over and over by social security.so I decided to get a lawyer. So I called this law firm and she took my case.there was hardly any communication from them.i had to call them to find out anything. This law firm even forgot to call me back.the only time I really spoke to the lawyer was before the hearing.then after the judge turned me down, I tried calling to find out whats happening next.i was lied to about getting a call back.very disappointed. I don't recommend this law firm.

Baynetta and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable in their profession. Baynetta stayed the course for over 2 years on my behalf. I tried applying on my own for 1 year and was turned down. When I contacted Baynetta it was online at around 4:30 pm in 2022. She called me back at 6pm that same day and took me on as a client after hearing my story. Be aware that applying for SSDI Disability is a very long process. Listen to her instructions and you will have a good chance of getting approved for SSDI Disability. Baynetta is really good at what she does. Thank You for everything. 👍👍🙂
