I completely agree with the other reviews. Mr. Beam was very rude and demeaning and dishonest when I spoke with him on the phone. His secretary/clerk was also rude - it must be the office culture. They put so much financial duress on our recently widowed client, threatening to have her and her grandchildren out on the streets in 48 hours if they even went before the judge to defend themselves, that she signed an agreement and handed over her complete back rent not knowing that every penny would just go to pay a portion of their exorbitant legal fees (which went from $280 to over $9,000 without any explanation or list of costs, despite being asked for a list). We are filing a complaint with the CA bar!

Such actions are not only reprehensible but also indicative of a systemic failure to prioritize the well-being of those who depend on support and protection. The allegations made against these individuals have been proven untrue, yet they continue to be used as tools for intimidation and coercion, all in the pursuit of monetary gain. This pattern of behavior raises significant ethical questions about the values that guide GREGORY BEAM & ASSOCIATES. It is vital that we hold those in positions of power accountable for their actions and ensure that they adhere to the principles of integrity and compassion that are the foundation of their roles. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues, reinforcing the commitment to serve rather than exploit, and to protect those who are most in need of advocacy and support

Per my son's best friend: This attorney is the rudest I have ever met! While he is not my attorney, I needed copies of papers and information from my mobile home park; the manager of the park said I needed to speak to the attorney. When I attempted to speak with him, he refused to provide me with any information. A second attempt the following day, he told me there was nothing I could do, I was being evicted and told me to quit calling him.

I contacted the office about a letter I received, and after 3 days of not hearing back, I called again. Mr. Beck was out of the office and I was connected to the office manager Sandy Beck. Sandy was extremely curt, rude and when asked to send me a letter of what we discussed she refused. She treated me like a criminal. Horrible customer service.
