I has so much trouble taking my counceling certicate and i was ready to give up but when i was able to set an appointment with the lady at the front desk NARA and she spent 2 hours with me helping me take the course. she was very sweet, kind ans passionate with me. She is a sweetheart and told me to schedule another meeting with her to take the 2nd one so I don't have to go through the stress again!! Ms. Beckett is a gracious, knowledgeable attorney with a pleasant demeanor with whom I felt at ease and comfortable discussing my situation.
