Yeah absolutely not. I wouldn't even bother giving this place a call. I went on their website and I have an option to do a chat which is supposedly with a live person, but it's blatant clear that it's an AI chatbot even though it was specifically says that it's not a bot and it's a live person. The fact that they're lying on something trivial just proves that they are untrustworthy.

If I can rate it 0 stars I would. I sought the assistance of Bell Law Firm on a personal matter, pleaded for their assistance based on reviews from medical malpractice and negligence from Wellstar Health System, and I guess what I read about them was wrong. Thank you anyways for acknowledging my potential case.

I’m not sure what I would have done without Mr. Lloyd Bell and his amazing team at Bell Law Firm. I had a very complicated case, which he put together like the pieces of a puzzle, producing a chronology of events for a jury to clearly understand. They found in our favor, which has left me in a secure position, despite a lifetime injury. I cannot thank them enough for their guidance, kindness, and support.

Horrible intake people. They keep calling and asking the same things. They list medical malpractice as one of issues they handle. They called me back and said couldn't take my case cause they dont do medical malpractice. Well when initially called I stated that's what it was. It took them 2 days to tell me that. It takes 1 minute to tell someone if you dont handle certain issues. They are a waste of time. Don't bother calling this firm!

Very polite professional actually listens understands your pain your loss

Patients at SummitRidge hospital are being abused. Several people have died there from neglect. There’s tons of reviews about the abusive treatment. This lawyer refused to represent my case that’s why I’m giving him one star!

Unfortunately, Mr. Bell of the Bell Law Firm truly fell well below my expectations of how a Trial Lawyer should interact with potential clients. I'm not a fan of writing negative comments online. With that being said, I'll start by saying that Mr. Bell's staff was courteous. He, however, became quite smug, bordering on arrogance, as our conversation progressed. I have since retained representation from a law firm that knows how to interact with people in a friendly, positive way.

Didn't yield the results I hoped for due to the statute of limitations in Ga.

Mr. Bell and his staff were amazing in all aspects. They worked hard to get the best results for my case and to get out of it what I wanted. Everybody was super courteous every time I spoke to or emailed them. I highly recommend Bell Law Firm.
