I'm having difficulties receiving my Liability settlement from 2025. Granted, a low $priority 2022 lost income Claim - pedestrian vs hit and run motor vehicle, but they've dropped the ball. THEIR Preferred Medical Provider is reporting $unrelated, false ledger data. To be deleted from my $Settlement. My UIM Claim was "delayed" ie forgotten, until status updates requested months later.

I had a vehicle accident in 2020. It is now late 2023 and I can't tell if this case is still on going. They lack communication. I had a lawyer work with me up til the part they negotiate and then he goes quiet. The law firm ends up firing him. And now I'm with a new attorney and he hasn't said nothing other then an email stating who he was and that he's taking over my case. 0/10. Would never recommend this law firm to anyone.
