Great experience. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and handled my case with professionalism from start to finish. I felt well-represented and informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.
Awful. If I could give zero stars I would. They were assigned to us through State Farm for the death of our mother by their insured. They explain nothing, they do not respond to anything and I won't be surprised if we never see the money, because they kept it.
