I had a good experience working with this office. I would pick Cliff again if given the opportunity. And Jenny is always pleasant.

Caring, patient, understanding and very capable staff. Cliff and his entire staff fought and won my case although other lawyers won't take my case because trying to prove I was injured and unable to work the first 5 years after my injure would be challenging. Cliff was confident that he was able to win the court trial which he did. Just be patient and understanding, don't think its a quick thing because its not. You'll most likely have a court hearing to settle but I the end you will be happy you went with Berkley Law.

Really disappointed in this law firm. I was communicating with Andrea through email since I don't have a phone. I did everything she requested. I filled out the disability packet. Once she received it, I've been completely blown off and ignored by her. Today is May 15. I last heard from her April 15th. From April 15th up until today, I have sent 4 separate emails. I've heard of people ghosting in relationships but never with a law firm. I understand this firm handles many cases but nobody is too busy to send a response to at least keep someone in the loop of what's going on. Out of courtesy. To at least give some status of whats to come after submitting the packet. You don't ignore email after email for a month straight.

I need help with a permanent disability claim and while an attorney turned me down and another never even responded, Cliff did not. He listened to me intently as I explained my situation, and his response demonstrated his thorough understanding of how this process works, and his approach gave me hope. He has answered all my questions promptly, even during this busy season when most people are off. A win is never guaranteed, and we are still in the preliminary stages of the process, but I feel supported and confident that I have a fighter on my side, especially since compensation is contingent on getting a win. I will update this review as the process progresses, and the rank of the review will not depend on the outcome nearly as much as on how my claim is handled along the way, and so far, it's a 5 star, emerald diamond rating. 5 out of 5 stars until higher is an option! My case was an outlier. My medical facts were bullet proof, but the circumstances around it made the matter tedious and extremely complicated for the courts to deal with. The cribs notes version is as follows. People who adopted me under false pretenses lead themselves to believe that they had something to gain by not signing me up for disability as a child. They lied about my eligibility for disability benefits and their perfidy was not discovered by myself or by my doctors for many years, until after the conventional opportunities to apply for child disability had expired. Cliff Berkley and his staff fixed this. That was no small task. It was a long and arduous battle, multiple other disability advocates declined to take the case, but in time it worked out. Furthermore, neither Cliff, nor his staff ever complained about my case. They never came right out and said it but my knee jerk assumption has to be that with the time and effort it took to win my case, they could have won three conventional cases for exactly that much more money. Even after the trial, when there appeared to be some nascent "issues and deliberations" about whether or not certain social security branches were going to follow through with the judges orders and fulfill their duties, the Berkley office was still there to grease the wheels and make sure the process kept chugging. Bottom line, I don't believe I could have gotten a better outcome with a different team. The time the courts takes to process these cases is not a reflection of the attorneys and the advocates who wish to perform chivalrous battle in them, if your medical facts meet the federal guidelines for disability, consider working with Cliff Berkley, and keep plinking away at the system until your fingers fall off. Special shout outs are also due to Jenni, and the nice lady over the phone whos first name probably isn't "Berkley's Office how may I help you", but this is how I know her. There are likely others behind them as well. Thank you all very much!

Hi cliff it is me Prince. Thanks for the call today. It made my day. I've been disabled since 2019 and have applied multiple times and was denied. It wasn't since I searched to find a disability advocate and lucky I was because I found Berkeley disability, they went right to work after after the first time we spoke. Cliff and the staff are very knowledgeable on social security disability and social security income and all the necessary steps that you need to take to get approved for your claim. It will take awhile so be patient, one thing to remember is don't give up and don't quit keep appealing every decision until you see the law judge. Just know that Cliff and his amazing team had your back and will continue to fight on your behalf.
