I would give zero stars if I could. Slow responses on emails, the first time I was addressed as James, and not Mr. Goines, which is very unprofessional, and high billing rates despite not providing a service that justifies higher rates. It seemed as though our account was treated poorly because it was not large like some probably are here in the wealthy Bay Area. I found the assistants to be courteous which was nice. Aside from that this firm does not deserve any more 5-star ratings, did not in the first place, and does not deserve further business. Avoid.

True professionalism at its best! I am very happy with the services I receive from my very impressive attorneys at Berliner Cohen. It's nice knowing that I have such a great team under one roof looking out for my best interest. Berliner Cohen Law is what I have heard many refer to as the "Best of the best." Fantastic Job!!!!

I went to another San Jose Law firm, and spent one hour explaining my case to John. He transferred me to Michael the day of my court hearing. I was dissatisfied with the way Michael was representing me and decided I needed better. I called Berliner Cohen and was directed to Christian Picone. We spoke for a half hour and then Christian met me at the courthouse prior to my second hearing. Christian talked to the judge and had my case cleared up before Michael even made his appearance. Yes, Michael was 20 minutes late. I was very happy with the representation by Berliner Cohen.
