Proceed with extreme caution. Craig Bierman demonstrated a disturbing lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for client materials. After indicating he was reviewing my case and leading me to believe representation was under consideration, he retained my legal file for approximately two weeks and then ceased all communication entirely—no returned phone calls, no email responses, and no decision conveyed despite multiple follow-ups. When I ultimately requested my file back, the documents were left unattended on the corner of his desk, without explanation, apology, or professional courtesy. The interaction itself was dismissive and unnecessarily rude, compounding an already unacceptable experience. This pattern reflects more than a single lapse. It demonstrates: • Failure to communicate with a prospective client • Careless handling of sensitive legal documents • Disregard for basic professional standards and client respect Legal matters demand precision, accountability, and transparency. What I encountered instead was avoidance, indifference, and unprofessional conduct. If you value clear communication, responsible file handling, and fundamental professionalism, I would strongly advise seeking representation elsewhere. I want to add context regarding the paralegal assigned to this matter. At the outset, the paralegal was professional, respectful, and courteous. Our initial interaction was positive, and she communicated clearly. However, that professionalism abruptly changed. Without explanation, her tone became cold, and she ultimately ignored my follow-up phone call entirely, despite the matter still being unresolved and my file still in the firm’s possession. I do not understand the shift, nor was any reason communicated to me. Regardless, the sudden change in treatment and lack of responsiveness was unprofessional and unnecessary, particularly given the circumstances. Taken together, the conduct of both the attorney and his staff reflects a broader breakdown in professionalism, communication, and client respect.

If you’re thinking about hiring Craig to represent you in an employment case, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I hired him to handle a wrongful termination claim and what I got was a lawyer who dragged his feet, ignored urgent deadlines and ultimately bailed when the case demanded real effort. Craig presents himself as an advocate, but in reality, he made minimal progress, NEVER initiated communication and consistently waited for me to push things forward. He showed no urgency, even after the opposing side made insulting settlement offers. Every strategic suggestion or document push came from me, not him. It felt like I was doing most of the legal legwork for a lawyer who was set to take 40% of the outcome. When I finally demanded action, after months of delays and indifference, he responded not with professionalism but with excuses and personal attacks. He accused me of being disrespectful simply because I held him accountable. And instead of handling the pressure that comes with litigation, he quit, citing reasons that felt like scapegoating to avoid responsibility. Worst of all, he withdrew knowing I was in the middle of arbitration. That speaks volumes. If you want a lawyer who takes your case seriously, communicates consistently, and actually fights for your outcome, keep looking. I would NOT recommend Craig to anyone expecting more than passive representation and thin-skinned excuses.

This guy is the worst lawyer. Stay away. His office is dirty and unorganized. He is sloppy and unprepared. Promises big results. He did no prep work before mediation, needed me to remind about my case minutes before he said his opening. Then wants to accept the first offering. Hiring Berman was a huge mistake and cost me lots of $$$. Worst negotiator I've ever encountered. If I didn't know better I'd say he was on the take from the other side.
