I don't even know where to begin--Bernie and his team are BY FAR the greatest connection I've ever made. I came to Bernie the day after a horrible car accident and I was welcomed with open arms, as well as an overwhelming feeling of trust in each of them. From the moment that you meet this team, you'll feel like family. Nikki takes care of you like you are one of her own-- her attention to detail, her empathy and her general care will make you feel like you're her only client. With the amount of emotions that she dealt with from me, she deserves an award. Without her, I'm not sure that I would have been able to endure this process. Bernie and Nikki turned such an emotional time into such an easy process. They fight like hell to make sure that you get all you deserve and more.
