This was my personal experience. I drove 35 minutes for a meeting after being told they wanted to work with me. During the meeting, a large amount of time was spent talking about unrelated topics instead of addressing my concerns directly. When I reviewed the agreement, I noticed terms and fees that did not match my understanding of what had been discussed. I asked for revisions and clarification, but the revised version I received did not address my concerns. I also felt pressured to sign quickly before having enough time to fully review everything or speak directly with an attorney. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and left me uncomfortable moving forward with the firm.
