My mother, Ines B., recently concluded a workers' compensation case with this firm, resulting in a favorable judgment. However, the experience has been incredibly frustrating due to the complete lack of communication regarding her settlement payment. Despite numerous calls to Noemi, Sonia, Ashley, and other staff members, and several emails, we have received no clear answers about the status of her funds. The firm has given her the runaround, leaving her feeling ignored and helpless. This review serves as a warning to potential clients: while the legal representation may be adequate, expect significant difficulty in receiving your settlement. I will update this review if the firm finally responds.

They have a case of mine and the attention is terrible, I haven't even been able to speak to the lawyer anymore.

The law firm of Blomberg, Benson & Garrett (BBG) are Amazing, Caring and Highly Competent Attorneys and Associates! My husband was in need of a workers compensation attorney and the law firm of BBG came through with a big monetary win that he deserved! The attorney was helpful throughout the legal process and big Kudos to associate Sonia Renteria Workers Compensation Supervisor for helping my husband through the entire process and going "Above and Beyond". They are liars

I’d put 0 stars if I could. Reviews say it all.

It is impossible to reach these people. I wonder how they have any clients. They don’t call back or if they answer they transfer you to no one and hang up. if I could put 0 stars I would. It is absolutely unprofessional and exhausting to reach these people. Please don’t contact these people.

These lawyers took advantage of Demi, exploiting my ignorance, my time, and my hopes. The worst part is that they know how to manipulate the law and people. They even went to San Diego to find me and took over my case, which was already closed. I don't know what they did, but they started fighting for compensation, and I didn't receive any financial benefit. They are a fraud; don't use them. Be very careful.

The absolute worst. Do not hire them as your lawyers. Just one look at their website and you see just how out of touch they are. They will not communicate with you, doesn't matter the number of times you call. The receptionist even caught an attitude with me and he spoke to me VERY RUDELY almost yelling at me. I wouldn't be calling everyday if the person handling my case answered my calls or any of the countless messages I've left her. I haven't seen the "Attention to detail" "dedication to each case" or "winning clients the brightest future" (whatever that means) in the almost 3 years my case has been open. Seriously don't waste your time.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, I can't say much about the attorneys all I can say is that it's ridiculous it took me over a year to sit down and have a appointment with any of them . But Sally is the one that I been dealing with for 2 years and she's the reason I reported them to State Bar because she's the one that has neglected my case, fails to communicate back and I can't ask her a question without her getting upset and hanging up on me so that's why we only talk to email because she's just a horrible person. But email is better because of her emails back I have it in writing and state bar will take care if the rest of the fraud they be doing and the way they treat there clients .

They worked well enough on my case. Could have fought a little bit more. A bit unorganized.

It was a terrible experience; it seems I'll end up with a lifelong injury, and they didn't get me any compensation. Plus, I wasted my time. Think twice before hiring a lawyer. There are no professionals here.
