In September 2024, I was in a horrible car accident that left me out of work for almost 3 months, with endless doctor appointments, and lifelong physical and emotional injuries. To this day, driving petrifies me.
My accident, the aftermath was honestly emotionally exhausting. No one I knew, my family, friends, and colleagues, had ever experienced anything like this; we didn't know what was next or how to even move forward. Thankfully, I was not at fault, but the anxiety of it all was unbearable. Through a mentor of mine, I was referred to Mark and his law office immediately, and by May of 2025, we settled. Mark, Scott (shoutout to Scott, you're the best, and thank you for the birthday message), plus the entire Bloom Injury Law team guided me through every step- detailed explanations, treatment recommendations, and even after 9 months post-settling, I was hit with a claim from my health insurance demanding $4,500 (I am not even 30! I don't have a degree in this, I had absolutely no idea what ANY of this meant!) they still fought for me and handled it within a month.
Getting in a car accident was traumatic enough, but being young, dealing with lawyers, medical appointments, lifelong injuries, and yes, not knowing what subrogation means (again, thank you, Scott, for teaching me that), it was overwhelming. But with Bloom Injury Law on my side, it was worth every second. Thank you, Mark, Scott, and the entire team. Would give zero stars if I could. Mark's unprofessional hostility to follow up about a mutual client who owes money was a shocking example of aggression and emotional instability. Women should avoid working with this individual at all costs, because Mark is quick to angry, threatening, gaslighting, and harassing behavior.
Will never refer another client to this man. Feel free to reach out to me if you're concerned or if you had your own negative experience with this lawyer. I've kept a record of his threats to protect myself and any future client or business partner who has the misfortune to be swayed by his other positive reviews.

My wife and I were involved in a horrific hit and run on the 5 Freeway. We were passengers in a car with another couple, when their car was sideswiped by a hit-and-run driver, sending our car careening into the median divider—totaling our friends' car. Fortunately none of us was killed, but all of us were seriously affected, and had to deal with injuries, PTSD, and the many bills for medical and physical therapy procedures that accompany such accidents. In looking for someone to help us deal with this Mark Bloom Injury Law was unreservedly recommended to us by a trusted source to help us navigate all the complications of such a case.
Mark had to navigate between the lawyers and adjusters of our insurance company and that of our friends—no easy task. It took quite a while for the two insurance companies to stop arguing with each other, and work out which one of them was responsible for what. A complicating factor for the two insurance companies was that the hit-and-run driver was never found. Mark was undeterred by the unexpected complications of this case, managing to get past all the squabbling from the insurance companies, and obtain a fair settlement for us—as well as our friends. We would recommend Mark Bloom Injury Law for those who need serious legal help, and also someone who will fight on their behalf.
I was hit while driving by myself, and the airbags deployed. I thought it would be a pretty open and shut case, but the other driver tried to take advantage that there was no video of the incident and blamed it all on me.
Mark Bloom came to my rescue immediately. They navigated all of the legal and medical chaos, so I could focus on work and getting better.
In the end, the other driver took full responsibility and I received a very nice settlement.
If I am EVER in trouble, Mark and his team are going to be my first call.
