In September 2024, I was in a horrible car accident that left me out of work for almost 3 months, with endless doctor appointments, and lifelong physical and emotional injuries. To this day, driving petrifies me. My accident, the aftermath was honestly emotionally exhausting. Would give zero stars if I could. Mark's unprofessional hostility to follow up about a mutual client who owes money was a shocking example of aggression and emotional instability. Women should avoid working with this individual at all costs, because Mark is quick to angry, threatening, gaslighting, and harassing behavior. Will never refer another client to this man. My wife and I were involved in a horrific hit and run on the 5 Freeway.
