The response I received was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not how a legal office should treat people seeking legal advice. Very inappropriate experience. If you are dealing with government or civil rights issues, I strongly recommend walking away from this firm. A 30-second interaction was enough to know—run away

We had a good experience w Blue Line Law. I found them through my MetLife legal benefits at work. They were patient and understanding and followed up DAILY until our documents were completed, which took us 6mo because of my work schedule, but they stayed on top of us. I downgraded this review from a 5 star, just because there were some details in the documents that were initially in error that surprised me. Once I corrected the errors, they updated expeditiously. It was most likely the fact that it was all done virtually with no in person encounters. Another “issue” would be that when it came time for virtual notarized signatures, I had to take vacation day to be available and they cancelled at the very last minute because the documents needed 2 witnesses and their virtual notary didn’t have 2 witnesses available. Turned into a bit of an inconvenience and we had to arrange an outside notary and bring 2 witnesses. Synopsis: they are patient, professional, Attorney Kevin Drummond, is informative but there were some finer details they could improve upon.

I’m very happy with the services I received from Blue Line. My case was handled quickly while keeping me informed of everything that was happening. I will definitely use them again if need.
